We are not the usual type of company.
Everything we do is aimed at improving everyday social care practice because this, in turn, improves the lives of people who matter the most: those who need and use social care services. We want to make a difference. Which is pretty much what any social care organisation would say, isn't it?
We are always looking for new ways to do things but we're not unthinking modernisers: we respect the past and are guided by history. In a complicated world we are plain and simple. We want to be creative and imaginative and want to see things from the other side of the fence. We try to see the wood from the trees. We do things informally and with a smile because we love our work and we believe in it. We'll try this and we'll try that and sometimes we'll just stick with what went before.
Sometimes we will make money. Sometimes we will lose money. But we will always do the right thing.
